ESPO ANNOUNCES FORCEPOINT FOCUSED ESSS PROGRAM

ESPO Systems is proud to offer our ESPO Supplemental Support Services (ESSS) for the Forcepoint family of security solutions. This program provides customers access to Forcepoint-centric ESPO Engineers that can aid and assist in everything from break-fix issues to policy refinement and management to training via our signature Knowledge Transfer Process.


ESSS is a 16-hour block of time that can be used in increments of 2 hours, 4 hours or 8 hours over a 6 month period. Customers will have one-on-one time with a Forcepoint-centric ESPO Engineer. Additionally, all sessions can be recorded for future reference. Topics covered are custom to the needs of the customer.


Supplemental Support Services can be used for:

  • Break-Fix Support: ESSS can be used to help with break-fix issues when support response is critical.
  • Post Install Tuning: ESSS can be used to fine-tune product settings and policies
  • Policy Management: ESSS can be used to develop and maintain policy management / identify best practices
  • Health Check: ESSS can be used to identify and/or fix any weak points of an environment’s security posture   


**Update: Spring 2014:  ESPO ESSS program opened up to all other Solutions (e.g. Palo Alto and Fortinet...) customers with product specialized engineers.
